Course description: Defining and developing services of information and communication systems. Universal service, additional services, value added services. Modern ecosystem of information and communication services. Economic aspects of new services. Participants and roles in the market of delivery of information and communication services. Value chain of the service supply. Telecommunication service lifecycle. Business models in the design of telecommunications services. IoT service environment ecosystem. Product/service planning (roadmapping). Project management, stakeholders, project logic. Research and development processes for designing and modeling information and communication services. ITIL service management framework. Generating ideas for the development of new information and communication services. Forecasting the needs for information and communication services. Information services, LBS based services, IM services / Unified messaging (UM), XaaS.
