Course description: History of the development of traffic flow science. Single vehicle movement, movement in the function of time and speed as well as the predicted route. Describing and graphically presenting traffic flows. Studying the basic parameters of traffic flow, density, speed and flow of vehicles, as well as travel times, tracking intervals and distances of vehicles. Experienced models of interdependence of traffic flow parameters. Mathematical models for describing the regularity of traffic flows, stochastic mathematical models. Traffic flow simulation. Organization and theory of traffic flow routing, study opportunities and traffic flow routing by satellite navigation.
