Course description: Defining of road transport passenger technology. The structure and features of passenger transport demand. The use of infrastructure elemetn of the road passneger transportation system. The investigation of the technical and exploitation characteristics of the bus and the selection procedure according to the purpose or type of travel. Information system in the carriage of road passengers. Criteria for avluating the process of passenger transport. Calculating the required number of operational resources when meeting transport requirements. Analysis of exploatation sizes, indicator values and coefficients for evaluating the efficiency and effectivity of the transport process in passenger traffic. Applying an appropriate solution to the problem of passenger transport using suitable menas of transport and determining the optimal transport plan. Sketching the itinerary of the bus when carrying out passenger transport. Analysis of the impact of the exploitation features of the operatioanl resources of passenger transport technolgoy on process parameters (e.g. impact of bus equipment features on the satisfaction of transport users, etc).
