Course description: General concepts of traffic signaling and it's division, historical development, legislation. Visibility of traffic signaling and retroreflection in traffic. Signaling and traffic equipment on inland waterways, their definition and division. Development of projects of permanent and temporary traffic regulation. Marking of vessels and marking of persons in traffic, and defining the need for their marking. Signaling on vessels. Sailing in low visibility conditions. Rules of navigation. Crossing the direction of movement, meeting and overtaking.
