Course description: Introduction to the subject, the basics of the theory of organization and management: management, leadership, command. Management
of military systems and in military systems. Armed Forces management, command and leadership system. The process of managing,
leading, and commanding. Development of a military organization - building military teams, military professionalism and ethics.
Management means and methods in the armed forces. Building Command Staff. Keeping the army at peace and at war. Setting problematic
tasks within particular topics, discussing in groups, articulating and explaining solutions; simulating military tasks, applications
of the subordinate planning, decision-making and tasking paradigm; encoding and decoding information in military communication.
