Course description: Principles of communication, principles of supervision, principles of the decision-making process, the principle of responsibility and division of affairs within the group. CRM concept of communication process, interpersonal skills and problem solving, group relationship dynamics, workload management, individual organizational behavior, situation orientation, critical points in the dynamics of aircraft crew behavior. TRM (Team Resource Management) The influence of other groups (management, administration, maintenance, etc.) on relationships in terms of safety and efficiency.
