After three months spent in Zagreb, at the Department of Aeronautics, two French Air Force Academy cadets 2nd Lieutenants Maxime Machado and Matthieu Rummens have returned to their posts at the Salon de Provence Air Force Base in France.<\/p>\n

During their stay in Zagreb they have performed their end-of-studies research projects which were integrated into the research and training activities already underway at the Department. Both of their studies were performed in the field of human factors in air traffic management.<\/p>\n

For research in Croatia their mentor was Tomislav Radi\u0161i\u0107, however, great deal of assistance has been provided by Head of the Department Doris Novak and Head of the Air Traffic Management Laboratory Biljana Juri\u010di\u0107. Also, students of the Department of the Aeronautics, air traffic control module, have played a key role in the research.<\/p>\n

On June 23rd 2015 they defended their work, with great success, in front of the committee comprised of members and contractors of the French Air Force.
