The department of Aeronautics of the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences, University of Zagreb, is participating in\u00a0SESAR Innovation Days 2025<\/a><\/strong>, taking place from\u00a01\u20134 December 2025 in Bled, Slovenia<\/strong>. The event is organised by the\u00a0SESAR 3 Joint Undertaking<\/a>\u00a0and hosted by Pipistrel and the\u00a0University of Ljubljana.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the first day of the event, our delegation took part in the exclusive behind-the-scenes tours hosted by Slovenia Control and Pipistrel Aircraft, providing a unique opportunity to see their cutting-edge technologies and operations up close.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are proud to highlight the participation of\u00a0Assoc. Prof.Tomislav Radi\u0161i\u0107<\/a><\/strong>, who has been invited as a speaker in the\u00a0Plenary Session \u201cUnlocking innovation through the new service delivery model\u201d.\u00a0<\/strong>During this session, Prof. Radi\u0161i\u0107 has joined representatives from Austro Control, Indra, and Tern Systems to discuss innovation pathways and the transformation of service delivery models in air traffic management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of our continued effort to connect education with real-world industry experience, the Department will bring\u00a0students<\/strong>\u00a0to the conference. This one-day visit will give them the opportunity to observe how SESAR initiatives are implemented, engage with aviation professionals, and better understand the technological and operational innovations driving the future of the European ATM system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
