Group name is <em>Student research group for the detection\nand visualization of the anomalies on the urban roads<\/em> (hrv. Studentska\nistra\u017eiva\u010dka skupina za detekciju i vizualizaciju anomalija na gradskim\nprometnicama \u2013 SIS-DVA). By establishing the group, Department of ITS wants to\ngive all students the opportunity to gain new skills related to data analysis\nthat showed great value in finding a job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The current situation is well suited for gaining new skills!\nTherefore, if terms like datascience, Python, Excel or statistics are not\nforeign to you, or you want to learn something more, you are the right student\nfor our group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you would like to participate in the work of the group,\nplease email to <a href=\"mailto:ltisljaric@fpz.hr\">ltisljaric@fpz.hr<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are no prerequisites if you have the will to learn,\nbut it would be good to understand the basics of programming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Goals:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Encouraging scientific research among students<\/li><li>Raising student competencies for the future\nemployment<\/li><li>Promoting of science among the student\npopulation<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Research topics:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Algorithms for the traffic anomaly detection in\nthe urban areas<\/li><li>Estimating the traffic state using speed\ntransition matrices<\/li><li>Detection of the anomalies using tensors<\/li><li>Classification of the traffic anomalies using\nfuzzy logic<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Web: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fpz.unizg.hr\/datasciencelab\/index.php\/en\/student-research-group-sis-dva\/\">https:\/\/www.fpz.unizg.hr\/datasciencelab\/index.php\/en\/student-research-group-sis-dva\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Group leader: Leo Ti\u0161ljari\u0107, MSc.
