The paper is freely available in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/1424-8220\/22\/7\/2807\">Open Access<\/a>&nbsp;with&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.3390\/s22072807\">DOI: 10.3390\/10.3390\/s22072807<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This paper was written in the co-authorship of assoc. prof. Edouard Ivanjko, prof. Ton\u010di Cari\u0107, and Ph.D. students Leo Ti\u0161ljari\u0107 and Filip Vrbani\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The paper presents a speed transition matrix based model for bottleneck probability estimation on motorways.
