His dissertation, titled &#8220;Road traffic state classification based on speed transition matrix,&#8221; was conducted under the guidance of prof. Ton\u010di Cari\u0107, PhD. The committee consisted of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Assoc. Prof. Luka Nova\u010dko, PhD (Chair), Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences, University of Zagreb<\/li><li>Tomislav \u0160muc, PhD, Permanent Scientific Advisor (external member, Ru\u0111er Bo\u0161kovi\u0107 Institute)<\/li><li>Assoc.
