Security aspects of information and communication system, elements of its protection and possibilities of forensic analysis present infallible segment of scientific research work and education of experts in the field of information and communication traffic.

Laboratory for Security and Forensic Analysis of Information and Communication System includes acquiring new knowledge through scientific papers as part of its activities in the field of security and forensic analysis of information and communication system. Laboratory is placed on the first floor of Object 71 within the Scientific and Educational Campus Borongaj.

With the purpose of education and scientific research students are allowed to access and use of hardware, software and communication equipment with the purpose of analysis of security aspects and the forensic analysis of information and communication system. The main segments of research are security and forensic analysis of network segment as part of information and communication system, and security and forensic analysis of endpoint (mobile, wearable and IoT) devices. Also, Laboratory contains latest literature related to its field of research in the form of books, regulations, standards and scientific researches.
