Darko Lešković was born on November 26, 1969 in the city of Bjelovar. He completed his primary and secondary school in Grubišno polje. He graduated the course of postal and telecommunications traffic at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences in Zagreb in the year of 1994.

In the year of 2007 he got his master's degree on the Faculty of Economics and Business in the course of IT management. The title of his master's thesis is ‘The Use of Databases in Segmentation of Market’.

In the year of 2002 he finishes the programs of finance, organization, marketing and leadership within the General Management program at the Graduate School of Business Administration – GSBA Zurich/Switzerland (todays Lorange Institute of Business Zurich).

In the year of 2012 he finishes pedagogical-psychological and didactic-methodical education at the University of Josip Juraj Strossmayer.

From 1997 he was employed as a process manager in the company of Hrvatski telekom (eng. Croatian telecom).

From 2008 he began his work as an external collaborator engaged in lecturing classes of ‘e-Business’ and ‘Information Systems of Network Operators’.

Mladen Begović was born on May 10, 1939 in Cernik, near the city of Nova Gradiška. He finished high school in Zagreb. He graduated on the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Zagreb. He gained his scientific degree of Master of Engineering in Telecommunications in 1972 and acquired his scientific degree of Doctor of Engineering in 1982, both in Electrical Engineering at the University of Zagreb. In 1977 he completed his education at the Centre for Pedagogical Education and Research at the University of Zagreb.

From 1969 to 1982 he was employed as an assistant on the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing at the University of Zagreb. At the time he was engaged in scientific-educational and scientific-research work in the framework of research projects. Within his scientific and educational work he lectured classes of "Theoretical Electrical Engineering" and "Information Theory".

From 1975 to 1978 he lectured the class of "Fundamentals of Electrical Engineering" at the Technical College "Rade Koncar". From 1982 to 2004 he was employed in the oil and gas industry INA working in the fields of cathodic protection and the impact of electromagnetic plant on underground pipelines. With this job in 2004 he terminated his employment and retired.

From 1995 he was hired as an external collaborator at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences in Zagreb. He lectures two classes within the Department of Information and communication traffic and those are:  ‘Telemetics' Systems Maintainance’ (undergraduate and graduate) and ‘Queuing Systems’ (graduate).

Professor doctor Slavko Šarić was born on February 31 1948 in the city of Zagreb. He graduated in 1977, and mastered in 1979 at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, University of Zagreb. He wrote and submitted his doctoral dissertation under the title ‘Contribution to the systematization of methods for designing information networks’.

From 1971 to 1985 he was employed as an assistant on the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing where he became docent in the scientific field of Electrical Engineering and a lecturer of the class called ‘Telecommunications and Informatics’. From 1985 we was employed on the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences where he became professor on the regular basis in the scientific field of Traffic and Transport Technology in the year of 2002.

In the year of 1987 he got selected a member of Scientific Council for Traffic, followed by 2001 when he became associate member of the Academy of Technical Sciences of Croatia (ATZH) and the 2005 when he became a regular member of Scientific Council for Traffic within the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts. From the year 2001 he is selected as Head of the Department for the Postal and Telecommunication Traffic.

In the year of 2001 a Croatian Government selected Slavko Šarić a member of Croatian Telecommunications Agency. So far, he is the author of more than 160 scientific papers, researches, scripts and books. From 2008 to 2014 he was a Vice dean for Business at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences, University of Zagreb.

Josip Vladava was born in Zagreb on September 17th, 1996. He completed his high school education from 2011 to 2015 at the XV Gymnasium in Zagreb.
In the academic year 2015/2016, he enrolled in the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences at the University of Zagreb, studying Transport with a major in Information and Communication Traffic. In 2019, he obtained the academic title of univ. bacc. ing. traff.
In the academic year 2019/2020, he enrolled in the graduate program studying Information and Communication Traffic at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences. On September 22nd, 2022, he obtained the academic title of MSc traff. eng. by defending his thesis titled "Data Collection with Honeypot Server for Reverse Engineering of Malware".
Since February 2023, he has been employed as an associate on the project "Croatian Quantum Communication Infrastructure - CroQCI" founded by European Union trough 
Digital Europe Programme (DIGITAL).

Karlo Gavrilović was born on July 6, 1998. in Zagreb. He completed his high school education in the period from 2013 to 2017, attending the Zagreb Technical School.
Academic year 2017/2018. enrolls in the Faculty of Transport Sciences, undergraduate study in Transport, majoring in information and communication transport, 
and in 2021. he will acquire the professional title of university bachelor of transport engineer.
In the academic year 2021/2022, he enrolls in the graduate study of Transport, majoring in information and communication traffic at the Faculty of Transport Sciences.
Since May 2023, he has been engaged as an expert associate on the project "Croatian Quantum Communication Infrastructure - CroQCI"
founded by European Union trough Digital Europe Programme (DIGITAL).

Assistant Professor Adam Stančić, PhD was born on August 28, 1972. In 1992, he enrolled at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences at the University of Zagreb, where he graduated in 1995 with a thesis on Fractal Generation of Three-Dimensional Terrains, earning the title of Traffic Engineer.

In 2005, he completed another degree, focusing on Available Data Transfer Speed and Identifying Bottlenecks on the Internet, obtaining the title of Graduate Traffic Engineer.

In 2006, he enrolled in the postgraduate doctoral program "Technological Systems in Traffic and Transportation" at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences, University of Zagreb. Under the mentorship of Prof. Zvonko Kavran, on December 5, 2013, he defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic of Steganographic Integration of Collected Data within the Traffic System, earning the academic degree of Doctor of Science in the field of technical sciences, scientific field of traffic and transportation technology.

Since July 2015, he has been employed as a permanent faculty member at the Polytechnic of Karlovac, teaching subjects in the field of technical sciences, specifically in the scientific field of computer science.
