The traditional ceremony for awarding flight badges to new Croatian Air Force pilots (29th generation) was held at the “Colonel Mirko Vukušić” Barracks in Zemunik Donji on October 3, 2025.
Professors from the Department of Aeronautics, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences, attended the event, accompanying their students who have become new military pilots of the Croatian Air Force.
The ceremony included the presentation of flight badges, the handover of the cadet flag, a technical-tactical display, a flight program, and a reception. The professors’ presence once again confirmed the strong connection between the academic community and the Croatian Air Force.
