We are proud that our colleague from the Department of Aeronautics, doc. dr. sc. Bruno Antulov-Fantulin, took part in AI2FUTURE 2025, one of the leading regional events focused on the future of artificial intelligence.
As the founder of SKAI LABS, doc.dr.sc. Antulov-Fantulin joined a fascinating panel discussion titled “Are self-flying planes the next big thing?” together with Ram Srinivasan, Head of Innovation Operations for India & South Asia at Airbus.
During the panel, they explored how AI-driven technologies are reshaping the future of aviation ,from safety and efficiency to building trust in autonomous systems.
A big thank you goes to the CroAI (Croatian AI Association) team for organizing such an outstanding event that brought together innovators, researchers, and AI professionals. Events like this remind us why collaboration between academia, research, and industry is so vital for advancing the field of aviation.
At the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences, we are proud to see our experts actively contributing to global discussions on how AI can enhance safety, capacity, and trust in air traffic management.
