Call for Applications for the academic year 2023/2024: Graduate study program in the English language - LogisTics And mobiLity ManagemENT (TALENT)

In the academic year 2023/2024, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences of the University of Zagreb is enrolling students in the 1st year of the Graduate study program in the English language (2-year program, tuition charges, not subsidized by the Ministry) - LogisTics And mobiLity ManagemENT (TALENT)

To meet the admission requirements, applicants must have completed an undergraduate study program earning a minimum of 180 ECTS credits. The applicants who have completed a study program in a non-technical field (e.g., social or natural sciences) must enrol in prerequisite courses in the English language. The prerequisite courses are determined on individual basis by the Graduate study admissions board based on the courses completed during the undergraduate studies. Prerequisite courses are free of charge.

The study program in the English language is not subsidized by the Ministry, students are responsible for the full cost.

The enrolment quota for the academic year 2023/2024 is 30 students. 

I. Application procedure

Online applications can be submitted by completing the form available at https://www.fpz.unizg.hr/en/studiji-i-upisi/talent from 24 July to 1 September 2023 at 1 p.m. (by sending to e-mail: referada@fpz.unizg.hr)

The applicant must attach the following documents:

• Curriculum Vitae in the English language
• Academic transcript/Diploma supplement
• Bachelor"s degree certificate/Certificate of completion of undergraduate studies (original or certified copy)
• certified syllabi of the completed courses
• proof of payment of registration fees in the amount of 40,00 €

The graduate study admissions board will conduct an interview in the English language with the applicants in accordance with the schedule published on the Faculty website by 20 September 2023 after 3 p.m. at the latest.

II. Admissions procedure

1. Admission decisions are based on the applicant’s placement on the admissions ranking list.
2. The ranking list is based on the results of the interview and undergraduate study scores.

III. Date and place of the admissions procedure

The ranking list with the results of the admissions procedure will be published on 4 September 2023.

IV. Right to appeal and decision deadline

Candidates have the right to appeal to the admission decision within 24 hours from the publication of the results of the admissions procedure. The appeal is to be addressed to the dean of the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences and submitted through the Student administration office.

V. Enrolment

Enrolment will take place at the Student administration office (Vukelićeva 4) by 28 September 2023 at the latest

Selected candidates must submit the following documents at enrolment:                                                                           

• one personal photo (size 4x6) (not older than 6 months)
• copy of the passport/ID card
• OIB (personal identification number obtained from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Croatia)
• proof of payment of tuition fees
• completed ENROLMENT FORM (available at https://www.fpz.unizg.hr/en/studiji-i-upisi/talent)
