According to the article 69 of the statute of the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences University of Zagreb (download link):

(1) Regular students who are registered athletes with the Croatian Olympic Committee are allowed to take the undergraduate study program under the conditions for part-time students.

(2) The decision on the permission referred to in paragraph 1 of this article is passed by the dean at the student"s request.
