Information and communications transport program
Beginning with the fifth semester of undergraduate studies and the first semester of graduate studies, Information and communications transport curricula are designed to provide the student with the necessary breadth of professional education. By earning the undergraduate or graduate degree, the candidates gain competencies and qualifications applicable in all segments of the profession.
By completing the undergraduate studies and acquiring 180 ECTS credits, students gain skills in:
- analyzing information processing and transmission systems by applying the acquired knowledge and solving engineering problems of medium complexity
- identifying and applying appropriate professional methods and digital tools in analyzing, planning, and designing information and communications systems and processes
- using appropriate laboratory equipment and analyzing laboratory results
- teamwork.
By completing the graduate studies and acquiring 120 ECTS credits, students gain skills in:
- analyzing information transfer systems and processes by applying the acquired knowledge and solving complex engineering problems
- understanding and designing engineering models, systems and processes
- applying innovative methods in solving telecommunication engineering problems
- managing multi-level interdisciplinary teams.
