Air transport program
Beginning with the fifth semester of undergraduate studies and the first semester of graduate studies, Water transport curricula are designed to provide students with the necessary breadth of professional education. By earning the undergraduate or graduate degree, the candidates gain competencies and qualifications applicable in all segments of air transport (airports, air carriers, air traffic control assistant services, and others).
By completing the undergraduate studies and acquiring 180 ECTS credits, students gain skills in:
- analyzing systems for handling aircraft, passengers, luggage, cargo, and mail using the acquired knowledge and solving engineering problems of medium complexity
- identifying and applying appropriate methods in analyzing, planning, and designing air transport systems and processes
- using appropriate laboratory equipment and analyzing laboratory results
- project development and presentation, and teamwork.
By completing the graduate studies and acquiring 120 ECTS credits, students gain skills in:
- analyzing complex air transport systems and processes by applying the acquired knowledge and solving complex engineering problems
- designing individual segments of air transport systems
- understanding and designing engineering models, systems, and processes and their practical application
- applying innovative methods in solving air transport problems
- managing multi-level interdisciplinary teams.
