Water transport program
Beginning with the fifth semester of undergraduate studies and the first semester of graduate studies, Water transport curricula are designed to provide the student with the necessary breadth of professional education. By earning the undergraduate or graduate degree, the candidates gain competencies and qualifications applicable in all segments of the profession.
By completing the undergraduate studies and acquiring 180 ECTS credits, students gain skills in:
- identifying and applying appropriate methods in the operational analysis of ports, transshipment sites, and terminals
- analyzing technological process in sea and river ports and solving engineering problems of medium complexity
- teamwork.
By completing the graduate studies and acquiring 120 ECTS credits, students gain skills in:
- analyzing, recognizing, and understanding the application of technology in maritime and river transport
- systematically identifying and defining functional characteristics of technological processes in maritime and river transport
- adopting an innovative approach to maritime and river systems.
