On the 7th and 8th of December 2023, the Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) was held for the project „Last-Mile Green and Safety Skills in Urban Logistics (SAFE-LMD)“. All project partners participated in the project meeting: ECF (Belgium), BGZ (Germany), University of Zagreb, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences (Croatia), EXELIA (Greece), and ECQA (Austria). On the first day, the 7th of December, the project partners held an all-day meeting in the Logistics Simulation Laboratory (Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences, University of Zagreb). At the meeting, the past, current, and future activities of the project were discussed, and new deadlines for the execution of future activities were agreed upon. A representative of the association „Sindikat biciklista“, who is also a student at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences, joined the meeting. He gave a lecture on the topic of Cycling in Croatia. On the second day, 8th of December, the project partners joined the ZIRP international conference, where they attended three invited lectures:

- Sebastijan Hleb, FPZ, “Parcel delivery in urban areas: current state and future solutions”
- Dirk Sackmann, Merseburg University of Applied Sciences, “Challenges in Agricultural Supply Chain Management”
In addition to the invited lectures, the project managers, BGZ, presented the goals and activities of the project to the conference visitors.
